Our friendly and experienced team is passionate about performing arts and committed to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where every child feels encouraged to take part, grow in confidence and, most importantly, enjoy themselves.
Eleanor Faulkner - Founder & Principal
Hi I’m Miss Eleanor and I’m the Principal here at Stage Awaits. Together with the rest of my amazing team, we’re here to ensure your children thrive in their Performing Arts classes.
I started my training away at Performing Arts boarding school after receiving a scholarship to Barbara Speake Stage School, subsequently attending and graduating from The Wilkes Academy in 2018.
Professionally I’ve performed on stage in numerous London shows with household names including Lee Ryan, Pauline Quirke and Debbie McGee.
It’s always been my ambition to open my own performing arts school and I love sharing my passion and knowledge of the industry with all of the amazingly talented children at Stage Awaits.
I can’t wait to meet you all in class!

Megan - Main Stages & Early Stages Teacher
Hi I'm Miss Megan!
I’ve been performing since I was just four years old and, growing up, successfully achieved high results in singing, musical theatre, ballet and modern examinations.
I went on to train professionally at Italia Conti, where I completed my degree in Musical Theatre, developing my skills and continuing my passion for performing arts.
I’m really excited to share that passion and experience with our Early Stages and Main Stages students and to be part of the Stage Awaits team!
Melissa - Early Stages Teacher
Hi I'm Miss Melissa!
I’m a qualified Primary School teacher with over 15 years’ experience in whole-class teaching, and for the past three years I’ve also been teaching LAMDA at private schools in the area.
During that time, I’ve prepared more than 125 students for exams in Speaking of Verse and Prose and Acting, with an amazing 95% achieving Distinction in their exams.
Performing arts has always been something I love. I was the lead singer in a covers band at university and have a real passion for singing, dancing and acting.
Teaching musical theatre is my passion, and I love sharing that enthusiasm with our Early Stages students at Stage Awaits!
Chris - Main Stages Teacher
Hi, I’m Mr Chris!
I trained at The Place (London Contemporary Dance School), where I graduated with First-Class Honours, before going on to enjoy a 10-year career as a professional performer.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to perform with Richard Alston Dance Company, Carnival Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean International and the Lido de Paris.
I’m excited to bring the experience I’ve gained throughout my professional career into the classes at Stage Awaits and to be part of the team!
Charlotte - Early Stages Assistant
Hi, I’m Miss Charlotte!
I’ve recently graduated from the University of Winchester, where I studied Musical Theatre, and I absolutely love bringing my passion for performing into every class.
I bring lots of energy, creativity and enthusiasm to my teaching and love sharing that with the students at Stage Awaits. I’m passionate about musical theatre and really enjoy inspiring our students through the classes we share together.
I’m so excited to be part of the Stage Awaits team and can’t wait to see you in class!
Olivia - Early Stages Assistant
Hi, I’m Miss Olivia!
I’ve been dancing from a young age and have trained in a variety of styles. I also have experience teaching ballet and have a real love for all areas of the performing arts.
Alongside being part of the Stage Awaits team, I’m currently studying at the University of Southampton.
I love supporting our younger performers in their classes and being part of their performing arts journey. I’m really excited to be part of the Stage Awaits team and look forward to seeing you in class!
