Investing in Your Child's Journey
At Stage Awaits, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to build confidence, discover new skills and experience the joy of performing arts in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Below you'll find everything you need to know about our fees, payments and membership arrangements.
Class Fees
Our classes are paid for in 12 equal monthly instalments, making it easy for families to spread the cost across the year. Monthly payments run from September through to August, regardless of term dates or holidays.
Little Stars | Ages 3-4 | £46.50 per month
Rising Stars | Ages 4-7 | £57.50 per month
Shining Stars | Ages 6-7 | £70.00 per month
Main Stages | Ages 7-14 | £99.00 per month
Advanced Dance | Ages 7-14 | £36.50 per month
Please note that fees and class availability may vary depending on location and timetable.
Free Taster Sessions
We want every child to feel excited and comfortable before joining Stage Awaits. New students are therefore welcome to attend a two-week taster course before committing to regular classes. The cost of the taster varies depending on the activity and age group.
How Payments Work
Our annual fees are divided equally across the year to provide families with a consistent monthly payment, rather than larger payments during longer terms. Monthly payments are collected automatically by debit or credit card on the 1st day of each month.
Any changes to our fees will be communicated with at least one month's notice.
Holiday Camps, Workshops & Performances
Holiday camps, workshops and other special events are booked separately from weekly classes. Payment in full is required before the event begins, and bookings for these events are non-refundable.
Absence & Missed Classes
If your child is unable to attend a class, please let us know as soon as possible. Unfortunately, refunds or credits cannot be offered for missed classes or partial months.
Cancelling Your Membership
Should you wish to cancel your child's membership, we require one calendar month's notice, which must be given in writing by email to info@stageawaits.co.uk. The notice period begins once we have acknowledged receipt and takes effect from the end of the current calendar month.
Please note:
- Refunds are not available for part months.
- If notice is given at the end of the academic year (July), the August instalment will still be payable.
