Yes. New students are welcome to attend a two-week taster course before committing to regular classes.
Stage Awaits was founded independently by Eleanor Faulkner in 2026, following more than two successful years running a Swish of the Curtain franchise. Eleanor created Stage Awaits with the vision of building a welcoming and inspiring performing arts community where every child can grow in confidence and discover their full potential.
Our classes combine elements of drama, dance and singing, alongside warm-ups, games and creative activities designed to develop confidence, teamwork and performance skills.
Yes. Students have the opportunity to take part in our annual Summer Show and Christmas Showcase, as well as themed holiday camps that culminate in performances for family and friends.
Yes. Stage Awaits currently offers two-day camps during October half-term and week-long summer camps. Additional camps may be introduced throughout the year.
LAMDA sessions provide students with the opportunity to develop their acting, public speaking and communication skills through individual tuition and examinations. Sessions are tailored to each student and arranged at times that suit their family.
Class fees are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments, with payments collected automatically on the 1st of each month.
Membership can be cancelled by providing one calendar month's notice in writing via email to info@stageawaits.co.uk.
Yes. All Stage Awaits teachers and staff hold current enhanced DBS checks, receive regular safeguarding training and are first-aid trained.

Children are encouraged to participate independently, helping them develop confidence and build relationships with their peers. Parents are, of course, welcome to speak to the team if they have any questions or concerns.
Comfortable clothing that allows children to move freely is perfect for classes. Any costume or performance requirements will be communicated in advance.
